Top-of-the-World Highway Gold Rush Tour (Fairbanks to Dawson
City or Dawson City to Fairbanks $162 per person, minimum

The Top-of-the-World Gold Rush tour offers travel over the Taylor, Alaska/Canadian & Top-of-the-World Highways.
Learn the history and see the mile marker at the end of the Alaska/Canadian
(Al/Can) Highway at Delta Junction's Visitor Center and visit a great bakery/grocery
store while in Delta. A lunch stop is provided at Tok, the gateway community
to Alaska. Visit the small mining community of Chicken, AK
(population 39),the 40-Mile (gold) Mining District and
historic gold dredge. Cross the mighty Yukon River via ferry access
to the boardwalk community of Dawson City.
In Fairbanks,
be sure to allow 2-days before or after the tour to enjoy the University of
Alaska Museum of the North and Large Animal Research Center herds of
reindeer and musk ox and Georgeson Batonical Gardens with giant, vibrant
flowers grown under the midnights sun. Visitors can canoe or kayak the Chena River through the heart of Fairbanks
to pubs, hotels, restaurants and attractions situated along the river, or enjoy
a sternwheeler (paddlewheel boat)
dinner cruise or tour on the river.
While in Dawson City allow time to enjoy dinner and follies in
turn-of-the-century saloon/casinos. Walk the boardwalk
streets to museums and galleries that feature Robert Service poetry reading
& gold rush heritage. Visit shops housed in false-front buildings
surviving since gold-rush times and historic gold mines, pan for gold, keep
what your find. Dawson City is truly a unique community
that will provide pleasant memories for years to come.
Departing Fairbanks on Sunday, Tuesday & Thursdays or from Dawson City
on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays between May15 & Sept 10, the
Top-of-the-World Gold Rush Tour begins or ends in Fairbanks, Alaska's second largest city, or
Dawson City in the Yukon Territory, Canada.

City @ $107 per person. A 1/2 tour only operates with 4-or more persons
or if there are also two or more persons with reservations between Dawson City and
